This one day course aims to inform the participant on some basics of how convention works. Participants will learn the role of resolutions in the decision making process , learn how to write and support a resolution, as well as learn how to attend convention as delegates and observers.

Understanding and being involved with the Collective Bargaining Process is essential for all union activists. This two day course will provide an overview of the Collective Bargaining process and how it connects to broader global, economic and political context and more specifically to the union’s work on Political Action.
